Prism is the design system behind a family of five consumer products. I helped rebuild it from scattered libraries into one shared language of tokens, components and guidance that designers and engineers genuinely enjoy using.
01
The challenge
Five products had drifted into five dialects. There were forty shades of blue, three competing button libraries and no single answer to how a date picker should behave. Every new feature began with an argument.

02
The approach
We audited every screen, merged the overlaps and rebuilt the foundations as design tokens that flow from Figma straight into code. Components ship with usage notes, accessibility checks and live examples. A monthly open studio lets any team propose changes, so the system grows with the products instead of policing them.

03
The outcome
Prism now powers every product in the family. Teams ship interface work faster, audits catch far fewer contrast issues, and new designers are productive in their first week.
